Wednesday 5 December
Today the work-shop started. Forum Syd, that channel funds for SIDA (Swedish International Development Agency) to Mbale Tigers, presented Mbale Tigers as a good example helping young people through sports to fight poverty.  

Tuesday 4 December
Tuesday we return to the club and Rita continues with training and I have an administrative meting with Ängby Club coach and their Club chairman 330pm.
Then we switch to Conference venue 6-7pm to follow program below attached.

Monday 3 December
Monday we visited Ängby table Tennis Club and Rira was able to train with Ängby players who had just returned from Finland Open Champs. She was recommended to be of high class technique of playing. She went through a two hour training session 530-730pm and recommended to train again today.
I talked to Ängby club coach and requested him to consider twining Ängby T T Club with one club in Uganda.

Sunday 2 December
Sunday visited city center and Castle, Queens another residence and we were privileged to see her and the King driving themselves out of the residence and waved to us. This had never happened to our hosts and they were very much excited. I and Rita were privileged to take some pics at the palace and residence of the queen of Sweden. Toured Baltic Sea shores and the great hall where Noble Prize winners celebrate. Also got to the TV station, the highest point in Sweden where tourists are able to view every part of Stockholm by binocculus.
